About This Seminar

From new treatments to early detection — in plain, evidence‑based terms.

Dr. Jeremy Pruzin explains what disease‑modifying treatments for Alzheimer's disease are, who qualifies, what they involve, and how to weigh their benefits and risks — including the role of APOE testing. Dr. Nicholas Ashton then looks at the blood tests changing how Alzheimer's is detected, and what they may offer for prevention. The seminar closes with a look at the AHEAD and TRAILBLAZER prevention trials, followed by an extended question‑and‑answer session.
